Global Marketplace Management: • Manage and expand the company's presence on Amazon and other global e-commerce platforms• Stay updated on Amazon's policies, tools, and marketplace dynamics across different countries to optimize product listings and increase sales5. Trade Marketing: • Lead trade marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and market penetration• Coordinate with product management and sales teams to develop and execute trade marketing plans that support product launches and promotional activities6. Digital Marketing & Analytics: • Drive online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the company's e-commerce platforms• Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance7. Sales Management: • Lead the sales team in both hardware and software divisions, ensuring targets are met or exceeded• Foster relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and expand market share• Provide mentorship and leadership to the sales and marketing teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance8. Budget Management:• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI• Monitor financial performance against budgets, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial objectivesQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus• 10 years of senior management experience in sales and marketing, with extensive experience in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify• Proven track record in managing sales and marketing efforts across multiple countries, with a deep understanding of Amazon marketplaces globallyTechnical Skills:• Extensive experience in SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and Shopify analytics• Background in both hardware and software sales is essential• Demonstrated experience in leading trade marketing efforts and managing product launches
