Admission Impact Sales Advisor | 50K Monthly Compensation | Sign-on Bonus



Job description



As an Admission Impact/Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Digital Skills Technology Education. You will be responsible for engaging with potential students, providing comprehensive information about the account's programs, and uplifting learners of all socio-economic backgrounds to close the global digital skills gap one student at a time.



Main Activities

Develop a thorough understanding of the campaign's educational service model to accurately and appropriately communicate with potential students to inspire them to enroll in the courses availableAnswers questions and offers other information as requested or neededBuild relationships with the Admissions team and leadership to cultivate smooth and direct lines of communication for new student acquisition processesConduct thoughtful and comprehensive phone screens with inquiring potential students to evaluate individual goodness of t and appropriateness for the programExpress and share program details and career opportunities with inquiring potential students to build interest and excitementPerform outbound calls based on web inquiries and warm leads to provide additional information regarding the productHighly motivated and determined to reach target-driven goalsResilience and the ability to cope with rejectionAbility to self-motivate to achieve KPI goals on a team and individual basisAccomplish organization goals by accepting ownership over new and different requests Qualifications: 3+ years working in a Call Center environment and/or as an Admissions Advisor in a higher education environment • 1+ years of experience working in Education or similar eld PREFERREDExperience cultivating relationships via phone to educate, evaluate, and motivate leadsExceptional phone presence and the ability to build strong and impactful relationships telephonicallyAbility to work a variety of shifts ranging from 9 pm to 9 am / US Time ZoneWilling to meet the challenge of working in a fast-growing hi-tech companyCan efficiently manage a variety of complex initiatives in varying environments and culturesAbility to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines and projectsHighly motivated and determined to reach target-driven goalsExcellent command of the English language, in both written and verbal communicationsBehavioral elements such as adaptability, resilience, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and meticulousness are highly preferredSchedules will be staggered and shifted due to business and school needsWorkdays will include weekends and will vary from week to week
