SALES ADMIN STAFF

 

Job Description:
Encode/Generate the Electrical Materials at dispatch for all new installations

Incharge of all residential, commercial & chain accounts documentation/contracts &
down payments prior to endorsement to accounting & installation group.

Encode all new new FHBAS sales orders, FDAS

, KFSS & new pm servicing in thedispatch

Do prospecting/generate accounts to help achieve sales target.

Qualifications:
College Graduate

Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Open Office)

Must be excellent in Communication and Documentation Skills

Can handle work load

Confident & has initiative

Hardworking and Could work in a Minimal Supervision

Trainable

Preferably with sales background.
