Position Overview
The Appointment Setter will be responsible for conducting outbound calls and scheduling appointments to promote healthcare services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle patient information with confidentiality and care. Ideal candidates will have experience in BPO or freelance virtual assistance with a focus on tasks like setting appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential patients to schedule appointments and promote healthcare services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets, with a minimum of 150-200 calls per day, 15-20 appointments booked per day.
Manage patient inquiries by providing accurate information about healthcare services and appointment availability.
Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate healthcare services.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and scheduled appointments in the healthcare system.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies during all interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
Stay informed about healthcare services, promotions, and changes to provide accurate information to patients.
Qualifications:
College level or college graduate required.
Degree or higher in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
Having at least 1-2 years of experience as Appointment Setter, BPO, or freelance virtual assistance focusing on appointment setting is highly desirable.
Experience with appointment scheduling systems, tools like phone burner and patient management software is a plus.

Working Set-up

Must be able to work in the CST (Central Standard Time) time zone.
