Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identifying potential B2B, Ecommerce and B2C clients through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Qualify leads and assess their suitability for the company's products and services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
Address client inquiries, concerns and objections effectively.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Articulate the value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings.
Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
Handle pricing, discounts and contract negotiations.
Sales Closing:
Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales target.
Prepare and review sales contract and documentation.
Market Search:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors.
Use market insights to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other departments, such as Operations and product development, to align strategies and meet client needs.
Work as part of a sales team, sharing insights and best practices.
Job Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Graduate of any 4-year business related course
MBA is an advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
3 to 5 years' experience in a Logistics company as Sales Supervisor or Manager, Account Supervisor or Manager (e.g., consistently meeting or exceeding objectives/targets and driving sales growth in the business).
Experience in Account handling is a strong advantage.
Onsite job, Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo Pasig.
