S2P Country Partner Expert - Thai Speaking
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely managed escalations
- Provide guidance/support to team members across the SSCDN.
- Support identifying subjective training gaps that potentially impact the team, the business or suppliers, ensures knowledge retention by creating documentation and providing trainings.
- Issue mitigation/RCA strategy design and execution reaching sustainable results (Open door sessions/Deep dives), by performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data to identify improvements
- Understand the business, craft solutions through networking & collaboration with other teams looking to satisfy & go beyond customer needs
- Coordination with the legal entity and/or external customers/vendors according to a structured process.
- Coordinates clarification of business requirements or process changes deemed necessary in order to improve efficiency, accuracy and reduce complexity by analyze possible solutions based on standard procedures
- Builds analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
- Point of contact for internal/external country audits providing reports, documents and necessary information upon request
- Support or communicate documentation upgrades, based in specific country/site knowledge
- Support Countries / Procurement Hubs in projects (e.g. M&A) on a need basis
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree (BSA or comparable degree) / Preferably CPA
- Professional experience (3 years - up to center) needed in S2P
- Advanced English (C1) is a must (in spoken and written)
Second language: Level of skills in spoken and written according to the position requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, Data analytics, Digital tools, SAP
- Knowledge of E2E S2P processes. Additional knowledge in Accounting, Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Passionate to obtain positive business user experience
- Capability to continuous learn on related module of expertise and interactions with rest of modules from S2P end to end perspective
- Establishes effective, trustful, personal relationships with key business stakeholder and ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment
- Profound Business insight (knowledgeable about process, systems and country specifics)
- Motivation and organizational skills, flexibility in designing and implementing continuous improvements, solution oriented, proactive attitude, independence in duties.

- Proficiency in communication, presentation skills
