Approche Hospitality Management Corporation, a leader in the Hospitality & Tourism industry, is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team. As part-top-notch customer service, job responsibilities will include:

Maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms as per company standards

Restocking amenities and linens, ensuring guest comfort

Reporting any maintenance issues promptly

Adhering to health and safety policies

Providing exceptional service to enhance guest experience

Requirements :

Educational Qualifications: No formal education required.

Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred but not mandatory.

Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and a basic understanding of customer relationship management.

Responsibilities and Duties: Clean and maintain rooms, attend to guest needs, ensure a high level of room hygiene, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.

Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, includes physical activities like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, courtesy, and a professional attitude towards guests and coworkers.
