Risk Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage activities pertaining to delivery risk management risk assessment, metrics reporting, implementation of required policies.Manage country level BCMS plans and execution.Stakeholder Management during BAU & BCP situationsHandle External & Internal Certification Assessments for the DC & Engagements for infosec and BCMS.Perform Information Security Assessments/ Site Risk AssessmentsCollation of Data from Delivery team for various metrics and ensure timely reporting.To conduct Awareness Sessions for Delivery teams/ business enabling functions.Liaise with multiple stakeholders within DC and risk management team on issue resolution, implementation of risk management methodology across DC, engagements and BEFs.Key Requirements: BACHELORS DEGREE (ANY COURSE) WITH 13 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE CUMULATIVE OF THE FOLLOWING: BPO industry or shared services Risk Experience 5 to 6 years overall People manager, leadership experience, 1 or 2 direct reports MOST RECENT JOB SHOULD BE WITHIN RISK MANAGEMENTREQUIRED SKILLS: LEAD AUDITOR ISO 27001, LEAD AUDITOR ISO 22301
Experience/exposure to ISO and security standards
Experience/exposure to BCMS frameworks
CERTIFICATIONS: CPISI, CISA, CISM (NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFERREDApplicants must be willing to work in BGC.Competencies/ Skills Required: Experience / exposure to ISO and security standardsExperience/exposure to BCMS frameworksExcellent command over MS office applicationsGood communication skillsExcellent at client presentations
