Risk Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Continuously monitor the company's operations to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, or irregularities.
- Conduct routine checks and audits to detect any fraudulent or suspicious activities that may jeopardize the company's integrity.
- Actively monitor operational processes for signs of fraudulent behavior or other harmful activities.
- Investigate and report any fraud cases or breaches of compliance, working with relevant teams to address the issue.
- Develop actionable recommendations and strategies for minimizing identified risks.
- Propose practical solutions to reduce exposure to potential risks and enhance the company's internal control mechanisms.
- Work closely with other departments to help them understand and reduce risks in their specific operations.
- Assist in improving internal processes, workflows, and protocols to enhance operational security and compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports on risk assessments, findings, and suggested mitigation strategies.
- Present recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of risks and solutions.

Qualifications:

- With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or Finance.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage
- Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Can maintain composure under pressure, with keen eyes for details, and with good people skills.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig, City
- Computer-proficient
