Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Receivable Management (UK & PH): Oversee all incoming payments and manage the invoicing process. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate records.
• Accounts Payable Management (PH Only): Handle all outgoing payments, including supplier invoices, salaries, and expenses. Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely payments.
• Bookkeeping (PH Only): Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations of the Philippines.
• Financial Reporting (UK & PH): Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
• Budgeting and Strategy Advisory (UK & PH): Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Provide strategic advice based on financial analysis and projections.
• BIR Compliance Reporting (PH Only): Prepare and file monthly reports to our accountants for Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) compliance in the Philippines.
• Solving Client Finance Queries (UK & PH): Provide excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their financial queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. An CPA or relevant certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes, especially in relation to BIR compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software, Xero and Excel is a must.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively across different time zones.
• Native or highly fluent level of spoken and written English.
