As the Officer for Pricing, you are to provide pricing analytics regularly in order to ensure both profitability and customer satisfaction through proper pricing offered by the Sales Teams.
Furthermore, you are to carefully and accurately assist and support the IIP Manager in the assessment of historical data and performance in order to come up with new frameworks and processes.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities: 1. Update database necessary for price assessment
Leaders and Laggards Goods Available for Sale OPC: Daily Market Cost Quoted Market Price 2. Assess and recommend floor price for the day according to figures generated in the following databases:
Trading Ledger - For monitoring of remaining inventory per price timing. Leaders and Laggards - For monitoring of volume performance per terminal and customer. Goods Available for Sale - For monitoring of volume performance vs targets and remaining physical inventory. OPC: Daily Market Cost - Calculator for costs. Quoted Market Price - Records historical prices of competitors. Hypercare Price Tool - Tool used to aggregate the needed information for price assessment. 3. Providing additional selling support
Volume - Assist Sales Team to check with MDP if there's additional volume we can provide to help sales team close the deal with the customers. Lifting Extension - Assess if we can provide additional lifting extension to the requested SO given the reason and opportunity loss of the request. Additional Discount - Assess if margins can allow additional discount requests for specific accounts/bulk requirements and seek approval with the recommended price based on MTD volume performance (oversold/undersold), inventory in price timing and physical and, price impact to unlifted/priority accounts. Price Lock - Assess if we can hold the price until the requested date of the sales team for specific SO based on MOPS forward curve. e. Cancellation Request - Assess the impact of the cancellation request of the Sales Team per SO with regards to opportunity loss if the order was reposted. 4. Cost Update

Data analytics Attending alignment meetings Preparation and Maintenance of Database and Templates Preparation of presentation materials and visualizations Qualifications: Graduate of a four-year course relating to Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, and from reputable universities Open to fresh graduates Adept in Basic Microsoft Excel, effective organization, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Demonstrates keen attention to detail, has a sense of ownership, urgency and accountability.
