Restaurant Manager

DRAFT PUNK BREWERS AND SKEWERS, INC.

 

Currently in search for a Restaurant Manager that is highly driven, experienced, professional, and deeply knowledgeable in food & beverage operations.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.

Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

Regularly review product quality and research new vendors

Organize and supervise shifts

Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

Track stock levels of food, supplies, equipment, forecast needs & oversee ordering process

Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

Report on financial, inventory, and personnel performance

Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience

Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management & training, sanitation and health code, inventory management, & kitchen, bar, service operations

Strong interpersonal & communication skill

Excellent leadership skills

Demonstrate ability to manage operating cost in accordance with the budget

Comfortable setting priorities and delegating task as necessary

Extremely organised & detailed oriented

Service oriented
