Resource Development Coordinator (Fund Raiser)

Job description
Function: Help raise funds for the programs and operation of the organization and manage donation and donor-related activities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Responsible for coming up with a realistic and effective resource development strategy and appropriate programs.Ensures effective implementation of approved resource development programs and activities.Identifies, recommends, and pursues partnership development and networking opportunities and cultivates relationships with existing and potential corporate partners.Always ensures responsible representation of the organization.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, or equivalent work experienceUnderstanding of biblical principles of fund raisingExperience in resource development work for an NGO/NPO an advantageWorking knowledge of resource development practices and proceduresUnderstanding of basic principles of TV production an advantage
