Job Description: As an HR Shared Services Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our HR shared services team, supporting various aspects of human resources operations on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Utilize your expertise in global HR shared services to provide efficient and effective support to employees and HR business partners across different regions Leverage your proficiency in HR tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP to perform data analysis, generate reports, and streamline HR processes Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement system enhancements, and ensure data integrity within HR systems Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely assistance and delivering high-quality service Adaptability to work in a flexible schedule, accommodating shifts covering both EU and US time zones to meet the needs of our global workforce Qualifications: Proven experience in global HR shared services, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices Experience in Onboarding/Offboarding/Data Management/Global Mobility Proficiency in HR tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP, with the ability to navigate systems, generate reports, and analyze data effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently Flexibility to work in shifts covering EU and US time zones, ensuring continuous support for our global operations Powered by JazzHR
