Resource Development Coordinator (Fund Raiser)

Job description
Function: Help raise funds for the programs and operation of the organization and manage donation and donor-related activities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· Responsible for coming up with a realistic and effective resource development strategy and appropriate programs.
· Ensures effective implementation of approved resource development programs and activities.
· Identifies, recommends, and pursues partnership development and networking opportunities and cultivates relationships with existing and potential corporate partners.
· Always ensures responsible representation of the organization.

Job Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, or equivalent work experience
· Understanding of biblical principles of fund raising
· Experience in resource development work for an NGO/NPO an advantage
· Working knowledge of resource development practices and procedures
· Understanding of basic principles of TV production an advantage
