Recruitment Associate at Tri-Unity Talent Sourcing & HR Management Services Key responsibilities of this position include: ·Instigate and lead business development activities for market research to achieve revenue and profitabilitytargets
·Keep up to date with industry trends and initiatives to support strategic account planning, market leadingmethodologies/proposals and inform innovation/new product development
·In partnership with other members of the MedComms and MPF business development and strategy teams, develop a deep client understanding to enable you to propose market research solutions as a component of strategic multi-channel solutions
·Prepare detailed proposals and budget estimates and manage client and procurement negotiations whilst maintaining profitable growth of the business
·Develop and deliver new business pitches in conjunction with other members of the MedComms and MPFteams
·Contribute to the overall leadership and development of the MIMS market research business and solutions
Key Requirements: ·At least 3 years of business development experience within in a market research agency or similar, ideally focused on healthcare
·Strong sales drive with proven track record for success
·Experience managing a matrix structure to achieve results
·Strategically minded with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
·Ability to work with others to develop winning multi-channel communications proposals
·Excellent written communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills
·Financial and business acumen
·Highly organised with attention to detail
·Established network within APAC highly desirable
