Pop in and have a coffee with team mates.The RoleWorking with the Senior Researcher and the UK Insight team, the Researcher is responsible for delivering original research into product and service subcategories..The Researcher primary focus is to support the local and UK content team, providing writers with relevant insights to ensure the website content and demonstrates high levels of expertise and authority.They will collaborate with the Senior Researcher and UK Insight Manager to scope the research projects, define success measures, agree on deliverables and timelines.**Responsibilities**:Deliver high-quality research projects using agreed processes and frameworksParticipate in planning sessions with the Senior Researcher to scope project opportunitiesGet projects sign off from the Senior Researcher and agree on success measures, targets, deliverables and delivery timelinesEnsure smooth handover of research deliverables to the content teamMeasure success of research projects by doing reviews and communicate results to editorsKeep on top of trends in the research sector and suggest new methodologies where appropriate**What Success Looks Like**:Research projects are delivered on time and to agreed standardsFeedback collected shows that main stakeholders are satisfied with the quality of the work deliveredOutput targets are achieved (to be determined)Qualifications And RequirementsPassion to provide our users with the best possible search experienceStrong interest in research designInterest in digital marketingAnalytical and problem-solving attitudeGood communication and organisational skills**Job Description**:CS EVERYWHERE (WFH) is a permamnent Work from Home with unlimited access to loudstaff Offices when you need it.
