Research And Development Staff

Assists management in the development programs and research activities.- Continuously conduct market research, product development and customer's insights.- Assists in product testing, experiments, presentations and commissary projects.- Coordinates with Purchasing department in product development with suppliers and consultants. Assists Purchasing Head in securing substitute/better raw materials and products.- Participates and assists in the development of new products.- Follow up results of research and market development with company and franchise stores.- Research details of projects under strict confidentiality.- Assists in the processing of R&D approvals and provides information in the progress of R&D approvals.- Performs other details that may be required.- Willing to assigned in Las PiñasEducation and Experience:- Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Food technology or BS in Food Technology- At least 1year of experience in a related field.Schedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Las Piñas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Research: 1 year (preferred)
