Research Analyst - Industry Analytics

JOB SUMMARY: Primarily tasked to address the daily request for industry analysis reports received from the Credit Evaluation Department of Asset Quality and Recovery Management Division and assist in the compilation of Industry Situationers prepared. Industry Situationers are prepared for purposes of gathering facts/information relevant in making a decision regarding loan applications. Also tasked to assist the Officers in the preparations and conduct of regular industry sessions.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.Required Skills: Highly familiar with economic principlesKnowledge of basic statistical analysis and toolsGenuine interest in research as a careerKnowledge of the basic principles of industry and competition analysisProficient in MS OfficeAble to communicate technical information to non-technical audiencesPossesses critical thinking skillsHighly organizedWilling to do field researchSelf-motivatedAttentive to deadlines and targets
