In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting satellite television systems for residential and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities:
Installation: Set up and configure satellite dishes, receivers, and related equipment for new customers, ensuring optimal signal quality and performance.
Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on existing systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to satellite TV systems, including signal loss, equipment malfunctions, and customer connectivity problems.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly to clients. Address any concerns and provide guidance on using their satellite systems.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and equipment inventory, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate service appointments and improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications:
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
With or without experience
Willing to work onsite
