Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market research on the sales and marketing of raw lands and properties.Analyze tourism trends and developments in the Philippines to identify opportunities for growth.Monitor and interpret marketing trends within the real estate and tourism sectors.Project Management:Gather and analyze data from various sources, including market reports, industry publications, and financial statements.Interpret data to create actionable insights and strategies for the sales and marketing team.Property & Land Management:Study and report on property management practices and land management trends.Provide insights on best practices in land utilization and property development.Strategic Recommendations:Develop and present research findings to senior management.Provide strategic recommendations based on research to support sales and marketing initiatives.Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards on research findings.Maintain accurate records of research methodologies and data sources.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year experience in market research, preferably in the real estate or tourism industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Knowledge of the real estate market and tourism industry in the Philippines is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Skills: Experience with property management and land management practices.Understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
