Job Description:
Advance is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, adaptable, and cooperative.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Confident and energetic personality
- Strong adaptability and cooperation skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
