Resellee is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team. As a key player in our customer support department, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via live chat, providing assistance, and ensuring a seamless experience for our users. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Engage with customers via live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to products and services.
2. **Information Management:**
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback, maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
- Provide up-to-date information regarding products, services, and company policies.
3. **Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:**
- Analyze customer inquiries to determine solutions that align with company policies and customer needs.
- Utilize critical thinking to escalate issues as necessary while providing timely resolutions.
4. **Innovation:**
- Collaborate with the customer support team to suggest improvements and innovations to enhance the customer experience.
- Implement new strategies for efficient communication and issue resolution.
5. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Maintain knowledge of KPIs and performance metrics related to chat interactions.
- Actively seek feedback from management to improve performance and service delivery.
6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to relay customer feedback and insights.
- Participate in team meetings to share experiences and incorporate best practices.
7. **Training & Development:**
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay updated with product changes and customer service skills.
- Mentor newer team members as needed, providing guidance and support.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online chat support environment.
- Proven experience in decision-making and problem-solving within a team setting.
- **Skills:**
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple chats and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using live chat software, CRM tools, and basic office software.
