**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Provide timely and effective assistance to customers through various channels including email, chat, and phone. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive user experience.

- **Technical Troubleshooting:** Identify and troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers or internal staff. Utilize problem-solving skills to guide users through resolutions and escalate issues as necessary.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues. Create and update FAQs, user guides, and other documentation to enhance knowledge sharing within the team and improve customer support resources.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and product management to ensure issues are understood and resolved. Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and systems.

- **Training and Empowerment:** Educate customers and coworkers about our products and services. Empower users by providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to resolve common issues independently.

- **Performance Metrics:** Monitor, report, and analyze performance metrics to assess service effectiveness. Suggest improvements based on findings and enhance the quality of support provided.

- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and technology advancements. Participate in training sessions and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, or Communications) is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role. Experience in the technology or transportation logistics industry is a plus.
