About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking for a Senior Analytics Consultant to support the global Talent Acquisition function with developing dashboards, data analysis and insights to enable our global team to access democratized data at their fingertips. You will play a key role in scoping, designing and implementing intuitive, insightful, and user-friendly dashboards.

In this role, you will:Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factorsPerform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needsDevelop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancementsLead or participate on large cross group projectsMentor less experienced staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLeverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported areaRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree or higher.Candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in analytics: Creating Dashboards, Reporting, Data visualization, Writing SQL queriesCandidate must have expertise developing data and dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tool such as PowerBI, QlikView, QuickSight or LookerExperience working with multiple data sources to create models using Alteryx or Tableau PrepExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience engaging with Analytics stakeholdersProblem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation and best practices in data visualizationAbility to translate complex data into usable business dashboards and provide valuable insights to the TA functionExperience working with data in a Human Resources function is preferredExperience developing dashboards in ThoughtSpot (for IJP candidates) will be an advantageThis role would work a mid-shift to support colleagues in the USACurrently on Hybrid Status (3x/week Onsite); Weekends OffJob Expectations:Consult, review and research moderately complex Talent Acquisition (TA) data and dashboard challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of various needs and requirements of the global TA teamDesign and develop ThoughtSpot dashboards that provide actionable insights, across a range of topics not limited to key metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate pipelines, recruiter performance and sourcing effectivenessManage operational and technical challenges with the dashboards that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factorsPerform functional analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs. Implement advanced analytics features such as predictive modelling, trend analysis, and forecasting of future needs and challengesDevelop a deep understanding of our analytics products including Tableau, ThoughtSpot, technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for enhancementsCustomize functionality within our tools and products to meet the unique needs of our employees at different levels of the organization, in countries/regions, and performing varying roles in the Talent Acquisition processLead or participate on large cross group projects with peers, colleagues, product vendors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsEnsure you have a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for Talent Acquisition as it relates to data and analyticsMentor less experienced staffPosting End Date:
