Job Description:
Sprout Solutions is seeking a part-time Remote Secretary to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an independent and confident individual with excellent persuasion and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team remotely
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist with project management tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
