**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:** Provide remote administrative assistance by organizing files, managing schedules, and documenting important communications and decisions.

- **Customer Service:** Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders via email and phone, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all communications.

- **Document Management:** Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.

- **Research Tasks:** Conduct thorough research on a variety of topics related to business operations, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support decision-making processes.

- **Calendar Management:** Coordinate and maintain executive schedules, including setting appointments, confirming meetings, and sending reminders.

- **Data Entry and Management:** Accurately enter and maintain data in various databases, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

- **Problem Solving:** Utilize critical thinking skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions to enhance administrative processes.

- **Communication Liaison:** Act as the primary liaison for communication between departments, ensuring that relevant information is shared promptly and effectively.

- **Meeting Coordination:** Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Ensure follow-up on action items and decisions made during meetings.

- **Project Assistance:** Support various projects by assisting team members with administrative tasks or coordinating logistical needs.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a remote capacity.
