Remote Recruiter/Sourcer

We are a growing company looking for Recruiters/Talent Sourcers
We want to hear from you if you are detail-oriented and looking for a long-term stable position.


Responsibilities:

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn
Liaise with department managers, human resource management, and other hiring managers
Manage candidate replies via email and coordinate interview scheduling
Reporting on talent acquisition and success metrics, such as time-to-hire, source Tracking, onboarding success, and retention and turnover data
Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references


Rate: 4 USD Hourly


Requirements:

Enthusiasm for communicating our company's vision and mission to attract strong applicants
Proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth, yet collaborative environment – requires a strong sense of urgency
Professional and effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail ( Must have )
Professional LinkedIn Profile with 3-500 LinkedIn Connection
Ability to work Sunday to Thursday ( preferably 2 PM to 11 PM EST )
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source candidates proactively


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
