Job Description:

Xepto Computing is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals with strong critical thinking and creativity skills to provide exceptional customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and billing inquiries
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
