### Job Description:
Jollibee Foods Corporation is looking for a dedicated and passionate **Remote Client Support Specialist** to join our team. This part-time position requires an individual who is both resourceful and independent, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and negotiate effectively to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns via multiple communication channels (email, phone, chat).
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Relationship Management:** Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track issues and enhancements.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on Jollibee's product offerings, services, promotions, and policies to provide informed support and recommendations to clients.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather, analyze, and communicate client feedback to relevant departments for improved service delivery and product offerings.
- **Process Improvement:** Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the client support workflow.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills, ensuring continuous professional development.
### Requirements:
**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client support, customer service, or related role.
- Experience in a remote work environment is an advantage.
**Skills:**
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- **Adaptability:** Ability to adjust quickly to changing workloads, client needs, and team dynamics.
