Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner3. Educate clients on product features and functionalities4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction6. Assist in the development of client support resources and training materials

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred2. 2+ years of experience in client support or a similar role3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team7. Proven track record of providing exceptional client service
