L3 Application Support - Deployment

As a member of the Delivery & Integration Service, the L3 Application Support - Deployment Engineer is responsible for the successful installation and deployment of IT Europe applications in production & non-production environments. The Deployment Engineer will also provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users and Project Managers.Your future duties and responsibilities:The L3 Application Support - Deployment Engineer will be in charge of the following:? Pipeline implementation on Microsoft TFS or Azure DevOps? Administration of Microsoft Team Foundation? Configuration and applications deployment? Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner. Capacity to raise clear issues/problems to developer or to dedicated teams for resolution? Recommend deployment process improvements (analysis, automation, procedures) in order to improve deployment service quality? Assist in the deployment plan?Required qualifications to be successful in this role:? Bachelor's Degree in an IT or related field? At least (3) years of experience in a Development or Deployment Engineer position? DevOps certification is a plus? Customer oriented? Capacity to analyze and be structured? Good procedures writer? Ability to work independently yet within Delivery and integration service guidelines? Candidate must be open to report onsite at least 3x a week in Alabang.Required Technical Skills:? Microsoft TFS / Azure DevOps Solution - CI/CD (Mandatory)? Windows Server (mandatory)? Web application servers (Microsoft IIS) (mandatory)? Script languages: PowerShell (Mandatory)Nice to Have Technical Skills:? Linux (option)? Cloud solution knowledge: AWS, Azure? Development tools knowledge: Microsoft C#? Database: Microsoft SQL, SQL Query (Basic knowledge)? File transfer protocol: FTP, Shares, or any other solution
