Regional Recruitment Officer Job Description: To perform end-to-end recruitment for selected positions within the assigned group.To effectively cascade and monitor recruitment programs.To ensure implementation of recruitment programs that will attract and retain qualified talents in order to close the target number of hires in a month based on organizational needs.Participate in the development of hiring strategies and forecast for hiring requirements for the assigned group in coordination with the Division Heads.Develop and monitor recruitment programs that will support the hiring strategies, which include employer branding, academic and professional linkages, job fairs, and other initiatives to address the talent needs of the organization.Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or other related field.
