Duties & Responsibilities•Conduct in depth interviews for candidates of vacant positions;•Facilitates job posting of vacancies•Assists in screening of applicants and scheduling for exams and interviews.•Works with management to identify job requirements, updates account on hiring progress while meeting headcount requirement •Maintains accurate and updated recruitment trackers.•Receive, screen and file incoming resumes, background / reference checks•Assists in the onboarding process of candidates•Performs timekeeping duties.•Performs data management and administrative tasks in a timely manner.•Facilitates inventory of assets (e.g. trainee/visitor IDs, locker keys, chairs, water, etc.).•Drafts and disseminates memorandums for disciplinary action.•Maintains an updated memorandum tracker.•Assists in sending showcause memo via registered mail.•Other tasks assigned by the Management.Qualifications:•University degree in Psychology/Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience•Experience in BPO/volume recruitment with no less than 2-years work experience •Able to work with a team•Effective verbal and written communication skills•Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables.
