Recruitment Specialists

Recruitment Specialists are primarily responsible for the advertising of job positions, identifying sourcing platforms, and attracting qualified applicants to be interviewed until they find what the company is specifically looking for.

 

Other responsibilities include:
Coordinating with the Operations management to determine vacancies

Receiving and reviewing resumes submitted by applicants

Profiling applicants to specific job positions that fit their skills

Maintaining a recruitment tracking system to allow the company to determine the number of applicants within a specific duration as instructed or required by the management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder

(Graduates of Psychology, Political Science, or HRDM are encouraged to apply!)Excellent English communication skills

Knowledgeable of basic computer processes

Filipino citizen or holding a relevant residence status

Willing to work on-site

Willing to start immediately
