WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga

- Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management, or Psychology
- Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
- Experienced in handling employee discipline
- With at least 3 years of work experiences related to Labor Relations

- Handles all employee-reported cases and discipline
- Conduct investigations (end to end process)
- Assist in formulation of company policy
- Ensures compliance of the company on General Labor Standards
