Recruitment Specialist For Recruitment

Job Summary:
Under the general supervision and directly reporting to the Operations Manager for Recruitment and Recruitment Manager handles sourcing and recruitment matter relevant to any Recruitment Mission.

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the sourcing of qualified applicant with technical qualification as required by the client for mobilization, line up and interview.Conduct SRA/ PRA to source applicants with qualifications for possible employment.Gather applicants documents for proper line up and mobilization to prospective clients and to support all recruitment Mission.Ensure and coordinate with applicants regarding schedule date of interview.Recommend management action to meet corporate goals.Review and Submit Client Interview Report after every recruitment mission.Ensure compliance of Company SOP relating to RecruitmentSupervise and is responsible for the updating of applicants record in the IRIS.Performs other functions that may from time to time assigned by her immediate superior.
