Recruitment Specialist - Agent Hiring

We are looking for a dynamic, driven and results-oriented Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering week-on-week volume requirements and adapting to the hiring demands of multiple fast-paced industries. Responsibilities Comprehend job descriptions and job specificationManage initiatives to produce quality applicants using various sourcing channelsScreen candidates resumes and applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruitment tools/methods to filter candidatesAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and other pertinent detailsAdminister exams assessing a candidates communication skills, technical skills and other relevant aspects as required by the roleEnsure that candidates will comply with pre-employment requirementsAssist and monitor candidates for onboardingProvide analytical and well-documented hiring reportsAct as a point of contact and build positive candidate relationships throughout the selection processFulfill hiring targets within the specified timeframeOther relevant tasks may be added as needed Minimum Qualifications Must have at least 1 year of solid BPO recruitment experienceA bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field, is requiredProficient in both spoken and written EnglishAmenable to work on a hybrid set-up in Cebu or Metro Manila (90% work at home, 10% work onsite)Must have working internet connection at homeWilling to work on a predominantly day shift scheduleCan start ASAP
