Job Summary:
Recruitment Officer is expected to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from Job posting to Onboarding.
Responsibilities
• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Jobstreet, Indeed, LinkedIn)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Handling of administration and record-keeping.
• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Preparing job offers.
• Networking with various institutions and social media

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment/Documentations/Onboarding training.
• Skilled, experience in hiring bilinguals, volume hiring, and technical positions
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate
• Must be a graduate of Psychology or any related course.
