**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
- Evaluate and supervise the performance of the recruitment team.
**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- At least 3 years of work experience leading and/or managing a team.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Project Management.
