Job description

**Qualifications**:
1.
Must be a graduate of B.S.
Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, and/or equivalent;
2.
Preferably has at least one (1) year of work experience as an HR Generalist, but not required.
Fresh graduates are still encouraged to apply;
3.
Must have good communication skills (written and verbal);
4.
Willing to be assigned in Calbayog City, Samar.
5.
Open for possible work rotation and/or schedule changes related to the company's operation.
The HR Assistant will be assigned the following tasks:
1.
Record timekeeping and verify attendance of all employees;
2.
Monitor employee attendance daily;
3.
Source, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the vacancies of the company;
4.
Assist in monitoring of the new hire requirements and/or clearance of the resigned employee;
5.
Assist with the day-to-day operations in the HR Department;
6.
Perform other HR and/or admin tasks that will be assigned by the HR Manager.

**Salary**: Php10,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
