Employer Branding and Marketing:
- Enhance company brand by developing compelling recruitment marketing materials.
Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators and optimize recruitment strategies.Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, including hiring velocity, time-to-fil, and candidate demographics, to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Onboarding and Retention:
- Partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
