We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to take charge of our end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with stakeholders across multiple geographies including the Philippines, Korea, Bogota, and Canada. As a key player in our Talent Acquisition team, you will ensure that we attract, engage, and hire top talent, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
What you'll do:Strategic Talent Acquisition: Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand business needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and anticipate future hiring demands.End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to screening, interviewing, and hiring. Ensure a seamless, engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.Employer Branding: Actively promote the company as an employer of choice by participating in employer branding activities, job fairs, and talent networking events. Enhance the candidate experience by showcasing our company culture and values.Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles and hard-to-fill positions, ensuring we are ready to meet business demands at all times.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, coach them on effective recruitment practices, and provide regular updates on the status of searches.Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Facilitate panel interviews and debriefs to ensure unbiased decision-making.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, labor market insights, and competitor analysis to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent.Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Use data-driven insights to continually optimize recruitment processes.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Provide timely communication, feedback, and updates to candidates, and act as an advocate for their interests.Onboarding Support: Work closely with the HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, from offer acceptance to their first day and beyond.What we're looking for:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment is a plus, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in recruitment business partnering is a requirement.Geographical Knowledge: Experience in managing recruitment across multiple geographies, including the Philippines, Korea, Bogota, and Canada, with a deep understanding of local labor markets and hiring practices – preferred.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent using a variety of techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events.Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies.
