Recruitment Associate - Entry Level

CAISHEN MARKETING SERVICES is looking for Recruitment Associate who will perform the following duties and responsibilities.
* Create job posting using different platforms and job posting portals
* Review applications and screen candidates
* Schedule and conduct the initial interview
* Guide the applicants within the end to end process
* Assist on employee onboarding process
* Monitor the applicant until deployment
* Provide information and answer queries of applicants
* Provide support to the operations on monitoring applicants' status.

Qualification:
- Male or Female
- Graduate of a 4 year course in BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Must be willing to be assigned in Cubao, QC
