The Receptionist/Admin Assistant will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. This role involves managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Administrative Support:

Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and courier services.
Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
Customer Service:

Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and the public, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate contact.
Assist in preparing and distributing communications such as emails, memos, and reports.
Record Keeping:

Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
Assist in the preparation and management of documents, presentations, and reports.
