Real Estate Sales Director ?45-50K [Monthly] On-site - Cavite Full-time 5-10 Yrs Exp BachelorJob DescriptionDescriptionRecruit at least 5 highly effective Sales Managers.Track Sales Performance of the team and ensure to meet quota.Responsible for managing a group of Sales Managers in selling residential projects of Antel Group of Companies.Manage the sales plans by accompanying the Sales Managers and Property Specialists on calls, tracking their progress and holding them accountable for achieving quotas.Check and manage daily/weekly sales activity and results by each Sales Manager.Monitor CRM reporting/accuracy in support of the AVP and others.Help team members in negotiation and closing sales.MUST HAVE Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), in any field.At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Experience in managing Sales Managers and sellers.Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing (Facebook Ads, Boosting).Requirements2 Valid IDsVerified TIN IDDiploma or TORNBI ClearanceWorking LocationUnit 2501, Antel Grand Village General Trias Cavite Sales Office, Corner Mercury and Neptune St, General Trias, 4107 Cavite, Philippines
