Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a confident and articulate individual to join our team as a Caller Lead Generation. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, identifying potential sales leads and setting appointments with prospective clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.Qualify leads by gathering information on their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline.Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and lead information in the CRM system.Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in a lead generation or telemarketing role.Proficient with Avaya IP Office 500 EngineersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
