It provides Quantity Surveying and Project/Construction Management services on over 650 projects in the Philippines and overseas within the Pacific Rim including Guam, Saipan, Palau, Hawaii, Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and as far as Middle East, Pakistan and Syria; from office towers, residential condominiums, hotels, residential estates, industrial development plants, institutional schools, ports and harbors, roads & bridges, airports & airport buildings, commercial centers, hospitals, BPO and land development works.

As a Quantity Surveying Manager, your tasks and responsibilities would entail:

Promote good business relations by establishing customer focus and marketing strategies.Identify cutting-edge ideas by researching on industry trends, events, publications, and announcementsLocate and propose potential business contracts/projects and opportunities by contacting new potential customersEnhance the reputation of RLB by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to projects and clientsReport to the QS Division Head, Assistant Vice President and Vice President for VISMIN knowledge and evidence of any employee of RLB Philippines in breach of ethical, legal and moral behaviors.Represent RLB at all functions and proceedings as requested by the Chairman and PresidentBe an exemplar of professionalism to all staff to build a culture of excellence at par with international standardsTake part in the management planning, strategic planning, and new business strategy design of the organization to ensure continuity and future expansionResponsible in meeting the organization's overall operation requirements to ensure on-time and accurate submission of design and/or budget proposals and project reports in the QS DepartmentResponsible for the administration of all documentation pertaining to the quality measures of PQS and Cost Engineering Job Qualifications: Must be a licensed Civil Engineer OR Mechanical EngineerAt least 8 years of related work experienceCompetency in cost estimation and budgeting, contract management, risk management, value engineering and team managementPreferably from a similar industry specializing in construction management, project management, and quantity surveying
