Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications & experience

At least a Diploma Certificate, Engineering (Civil), Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
At least 3 – 5 years Experienced in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent
Must have a background in Residential Quantity Surveying
As this is an office based set up, the candidate should be willing to commute or relocate near the office from Mon. to Fri. (BGC Taguig)

Tasks & responsibilities

Review all relevant project documentation to identify any potential conflicts, incorporate all revisions to ensure accurate cost calculations
Responsible for every aspect of residential estimation including quote request and relevant pricing
Conduct quantity take-off for Production projects or Master Designs
Provide Bill of Quantities and material orders within the required timeframes
Must be able to coordinate and liaise the jobs with stakeholders overseas proficiently through email, Skype and other online mediums
Perform other associated administrative duties of completed work
