Quantity Surveyor

* Handles review, checking and revision of in-house cost estimates initially prepared by Project Engineers
* Ensures accuracy in estimation of all materials, labor and other costs
* Updates in-house cost unit rates by area (Luzon or VisMin) based on market
* Updates contract rates for third party contractors
* Recommends revised in-house cost estimates to the Engineering Head for approval
* Maintains records of estimated and actual costs
* Perform other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
* Preferably with 2 years related work experience
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Can start immediately
